Trade Period 1 Opens - Wednesday 30th August 9am
Trade Period 1 Closes - Sunday 19th November 11:59pm
AFL National Draft - Friday 24th November
Final Retirements and Delistings for 2017 - Saturday 25th November NOON
AXV National Draft - Saturday 25th November 7:00pm
AXV Rookie Draft - Approximately 1 day after the completion of the AXV National Draft
Trade Period 2 Opens - TBC
Trade Period 2 Closes - TBC

- All dates are up for discussion and are only proposed for now.
- We will be retaining the Rookie draft although the Rookie list will be abolished moving into 2018.
- Final Retirements and List lodgements to occur AFTER the AFL drafts as per 2018 Rule. This will mean that final lodgements MUST occur prior to the AXV National and Rookie drafts.
