Because UF doesn't do it that way and uses alphabetical order I presume. All official draft orders etc will be in new threads at the completion of the finals series.

It could be because if you stretch the percentage to 4 decimal points,  Bears are slightly higher.
     93.7116 compared to 93.7112   Just a guess of course.
