Round 11 Trades

Was planning to trade Williamson to Luke Ryan this week for cash generation and trading out a Rd.11 bye player. Will have a lot of Rd.13 bye players though.

Am I crazy of thinking to bring back Tom Stewart? His BE has dropped again and his points on field would probably be similar to Ryan. Greatly helps with my Rd.13 bye situation and then I'd trade him out for cash after that.

Ended up going:

Williamson -> Ryan
PIckett -> Cousins
S.Martin -> Witts  :o wanted to bail last week when Archie was initially named but couldn't. Running the other way now til it all settles. Witts plays the next 3, has pretty good match ups, low BE, rucking solo.... Martin plays 2, has a high BE, few tough ones (although Sandi will miss next week) and potentially rucking with Smith. Just felt right, also gave me 22 on field this week (2 mid bench playing I couldn't move :() so see how it goes!

Bank $344k which allows Fyfe/WHE to go to Rocky/Macrae (or Roberton) with a downgrade - can't complain.

Anyone had a look at Brandon Ellis?  Defender who has gone big in the past and has the history of putting up quasi-premo numbers, perfect bye, played the ideal role last week.

I'm not thinking about bringing him in this week, but I will be watching very closely and might pick him up after his bye,  Otten to Ellis will barely cost you 30K.  :o

haha honestly didnt think there would be anyone else but yes, i have thought about it. Im a bit of a bias fan of his though and after i saw how richmond played last week i thought the same thing but will need to play that way for atleast 2-3 weeks for me to even consider. Probably not the best option though but i like trading in players i like haha :P But he certainly has a big roof!

If he can average 100 for the rest of the season, boom!  :P

Yeah we would have to see this kind of game style by richmond continue though, as it was mainly the way they played that made him score well (Bachars best game by a long way as well) :P
