Disagree as Woopa says both arms were pinned the moment he got the ball so how can you make an attempt to handball with both arms pinned. If they were paying that there were numerous others in the game that should have been paid. as well both ways.
Agree with Quinny though Dogs deserved to win but umpiring left a bit to be desired especially in last quarter.

Because he didn't try to do anything. Pretty sure this was the rule last year as well. At least make it look like you're trying to do something. Lying there doing nothing will mean you get pinned.
