Not to sure who I should be swaping in for McGrath for as I don't think he will play round 1

Also thinking of trading sandi out and upgrading to goldy for some safety, just means il have to downgrade patty R. thoughts?

dont mind down grading ryder to upgrade sandy, ryder should only be in our forwards to back up sandi imo

Do I upgrade steven to JPK or hanners and downgrade Laird to Tuohy

I like the team, I think it you need to include one more premium Mid into your structure though. The two mid priced forwards you have might be a bit of a risk. Good luck
