I want to pick Jordan Lewis as a POD. Apparently he's been setting the standard at Melbourne training all preseason, and he can rack up some serious numbers. Jones looks to be moving to a half back role occasionally so Lewis and Viney will be the main men in the middle.

I've had lewis a couple of times over the past few years and he just disappointed me. A move could reinvigorate him though. Even if he keeps up his recent SC performances I would expect his score to reduce at least by a few ppg as he will no longer be able to do the third man up hit outs.

I'd love to take a punt on Wingard returning as a top 10 forward. R9 Bye is a killer as I would love to pick him over Ryder but no ruck cover really concerns me.

Saw an article today saying wingard would get more mid time, but im pretty sure that article gets written every preseason since 2013

Yeh saw that article to, was looking at him before that, the forward line is where I will look to take a chance this year with a pod or 2. considered Toby Greene also. With Monfries back was thinking it should free up Wingard a bit

Kieren Jack is doing my head in. $488K is a steal, but can't bring myself to do it.

Don't do it, he is going to play a forward role and get much less mid Time this year

Interesting, thanks for that. Hopefully Rose gets a go in the Mids to replace him.

I like Rose, but I dont see how he plays a game this year, and if he did it would be a fwd role.
