Yeah I like it. Personally not a huge fan of the Heeney pick, think he'll average 80s, but a lot of people are on him which makes him less of a risk I guess. Rest looks pretty good, strong mids and still have 3 premo defenders and 3 premo forwards if the Heeney pick comes off. And I reckon the Gawnstein combo is the safest for starting rucks as well.

Good team to sit on :)
thanks bud

I am back and forth on heeney, could see him becoming bennell if he has a good preseaon or maybe even tom lynch if i go a major reshuffle.

after more tinkering i think ive settled on my squad, key word is think

DEF: Adams, Laird, Williams, Sharenberg, Ryan, Stewart (Hibberd, Long)

MID: Danger, Pendles, JPK, Bont, Cripps, Fyfe, SPP, Myers (Barrett, Parfitt, Graham)

Ruck: Gawn, Goldstein (English)

Forward: Dahlhaus, Caddy, Heeney, Bowes, Bolton, Rioli (Pickett, Eddy)

30k in the bank

English dependant on getting a round one gig, otherwise ill just grab strndica for loophole purposes

Swapped out docherty because i figure his price will drop, will be an earlier upgrade target, Laird seems a safe bet for a top 8 defender finish,

went the safer combo in the ruck of gawnstein

All the cheap rooks are just placeholders for now

I think the midfield looks great, I am concerned about Caddy and Heeney as F1 and 2. Both have an element of risk.

Not sure how Williams will go this year, so many to take points off him!

Maybe consider getting rid of Cripps for a rookie and upgrade Williams and Caddy?

Good luck!!!

Do have dahlhaus at F1 ;)
when it comes to gws players taking points off each other im of the theory that it will mainly only apply to the loaded mid field reducing each others points.

also i dont really have to downgrade cripps to free money, if i were to go english down to strndica (loophole) and sharenberg down to a cheap rookie id have close to 100k free. from that what you think of going caddyedit: heeney up to a tom lynch? i personally have caddy on the same level as mccrea this year, seems most people are picking between the 2 but a majority are going with mccrea by the looks. i think for mccrea to improve he needs more mid field time but i dont see his role changing much this year, i see him as the 5/6th option for them in the guts where as caddys probably the 4th, maybe even 3rd if dusty does see extended forward minutes but id doubt that
