You are still going to need a few rookies, it doesnt matter where they are really...given that there are no good options elsewhere, you have to stock up on midfield rookies. Example.. You have josh hunt 163K (predicting he will ave 65) in your backs and a 400k midfielder who will average 90-100 lets say. If you swap that to trengove (3rd rookie on the field) thinking he will average 75 and a 400k backman who will probably ave 90-100 as well then you are ahead..and you save cash, and you backline which is often difficult to fill is more solid.

For price, you have to have Dustin Martin in your midfield, and i think Strauss (Melb) could be a better money raiser than the draft picks as he is very cheap.

You cannot win dreamtean starting with more than 3 rookies in the midfield, its a shame because its a real good year for rookie midfielders and not as much value for first year players in other positions.

Ofthe experienced players i think that Montagna will be the best Dreamteam scorer this year (even above G Ablett)
