lockout change

i have heard rumours that the nightmare lockout system of the last few years where we only get the teams named just hours before the lockout on the thurs night match has been rectified with 2 separate lockouts this year. the first taking place during th carl/rich game and finishing after the game but not allowing any team changes involving carl/rich players. we then have another 24 hours to tweak before the proper lockout comes into effect on the friday night.
can someone please confirm for me that this is what is happening as i cannot find any info on the DT site?

They should do it every week for the Sunday games...

think they should keep it as it is with partial lockout. the sunday partial lockout will screw up alot of people.

people can trade out later on and use the captain/vice captain choices more. will cause more problems for the guys running dt.
