I would downgrade Selwood to another rookie (having 3 rookies in the mid is a popular strategy) Someone like Scully (Can go for other rookies, Scully is the most expensive so the lower you go the more cash you'll save) then upgrade waters to Goodwin. And you have 106,800 in the kitty. if you went for Howlett instead of Scully you would have 202,600 in the kitty to play with.
