What should I do with Zaka?

Suspended this week and playing crap anyway.
Have $100k in the bank. Bugger all trades, only two left after this for when seriously needed.
If I trade him I can bring in Sam Mitchell and my bench is Trengove, Janson, Phillips in the mids and Petracca, Menadue forward.
If I bench him, swing a mid like Zorko into the mids, I can trade Petracca to a Buddy or Hall. Giving me a mid bench of Zaka, Trengove and Janson. Forward bench of Phillips and Menadue.
Obviously I could bench him this week and play a rookie but I really don't want him back on field unless I have to later in the season.

So it's Sam Mitchell and rookie backup or Buddy/Hall and Zaka backup and possible Emg loophole ability.

Please talk me into whichever path you would choose!

I have him to if he was scoring like the start of the season I would keep him but he handles a tag worse than any player I can think of and similar to Rich opposition teams always tag him where Zerrett seems a more damaging player so think it's time to go while he still has a little value but it's only Monday there might be more things to deal with when teams are out

Fark you've gone hard on the trades mate!!! I have him too unfortunately.... With your trade and cash situation I'd trade and go Parker and Gray before Smitch, and then pray like crazy that the miraculous happens and you're not a trade or two shy of finishing strongly. Good luck sir

I'm holding as he's not playing and then next week probably get little SOS and use the cash to upgrade him. Could go Zaha to Mitchell this week but don't really want Mitchell, he's hot and cold and can't take a tag like Zaha.

Peptides an option?

Hes worth not much. If you can, trade around him and use him as a loophole option when he gets back.

Yeah I have gone silly with the trades as I do every year! If i had a few more it would be an easy decision. I play to get as high overall as I can which doesn't always work out that well. Currently ranked 1170 so never going to win it but that's the way I play.
Made some poor mid price selections which I will learn from. Like to think I'm getting better every year, maybe.

Just short of Gray and already have Parker.

Shaw, Docherty, Simpson, Boyd, Rance, Suckling (Collins, Brand)
Dangerfield, Pendlebury, Ablett, Selwood, Sloane, Parker, Liberatore, Zaharakis (Trengove, Jansen, Phllips)
Gawn, Goldstein (Wyatt)
Martin, Zorko, Wells, Montagna, Wingard, Lycett (Petracca, Menadue)

A few lower end premo picks in there.
Been a few sideways trades throughout the season now too with Rocky, Nic Nat, Barlow, Hall etc.

Still going alright in leagues at the moment. On top in Elxam Challengers league and 3rd in a reasonable public league but a long way to go and don't expect to stay there. Might get lucky.

I have had that in mind for either Zaka or Petracca.

I'm putting him on the bench and covering with Petracca/Gresham. Next week I'll bring in an M8 and leave Zaka at M9 for the rest of the season. The tagging won't stop so you can't rely on him for scores anymore.

Need to trade..
Teams have figured out that he cant cope with a tag so I cant see it stopping. However, Mitchell is a bit risky as he will be rested again at least once. Thoughts on Ollie Wines as a bit left of centre? I have had him all year and believe me hes been frustrating, but he has started to lift his game the past month (3 of the last 4 have been 100s) and is priced at $460k
Or Gaff? He is ridiculously cheap at $350k...
