PSA: how to trade a defender in for a forward or mid etc

i feel like many don't know this is available or forgot

you can trade out a player and sub 2 players around to bring in a player from desired position

for example

Out Gresham
sub Mennadue or any mid/fwd to the mids
sub Adams or any def/fwd to the forwards most teams have a few this year
then can trade in a defender

out Bennedy
sub any def/fwds to the fwds
trade in a defender

just a couple examples

this can work for any position as long as you have the right DPP links

I seem to remember that you used to only be able to move one DPP per trade, not two positions as it is now, which used to frustrate me sometimes.

Yep they changed it to multiple last year.

That's what I thought...good to know though. But thanks KB. After all that I don't think I'll do it lol. Might just trade JJ to a mid premo and put Lonergan in def and hold onto for another week
