I'm not overly thrilled with Mills scoring but he has been pretty good on the field. If I had to pick between Mills and Gresh it would be Mills all the way

Would you prefer Mills or Papley on field?

It is the choice. If I trade Papley in for Gresh then one of Mills/BKen/Kerridge have to be on the bench unless I trade one of McCarthy or McGovern who are scoring similarly to Mills.

Mat0369

I think I would rather Mills providing cover in the midfield with Kerridge at M8 and Paps at F6 just because of the pure cash generation. Mills will have a higher ceiling then Papley, but it depends on how desperate you're going to be for certain rookies in a couple of weeks and how you plan to upgrade and downgrade.

Hartley is one to consider next week. To make that possible you might have to move one of McGovern/McCarthy and use one of the Bombers boys for the DPP. You could choose not to use the trade there and stick with the players you have. Petracca is looking like the one that could be debuting in the next couple of weeks, especially with the injury to Jeffy. He is another you will probably look as a cash grab option so Mills to Petracca in a fortnight could be the right move. There really isn't a lot of clarity with rookies and downgrade options at the moment. I think it is best to try and maximise the potential in the current rookies you have, so while you might lose 5-10 points per week by starting Mills over Papley, you will probably make a buttload more cash then you would holding with what you have.

Scored 2227 in Round 3 to move from 63rd to 26th in the rankings.

Trades were B.Crouch to Papley and Rocky to T.Mitchell. Have $216k in the bank.

I'm looking to upgrade Mills or Libba to a premo. Could downgrade a bench mid rookie to Dunkley if he is named and then upgrade Mills to a gun premo. Or I may hang onto the cash for a week and let cows moo but I want to maximise my points and go for glory.

Any thoughts here?

Mills is the only one I am kind of worried about in DT. He is a quality user but not a big accumulator. It's also a tough game against the Crows. Libba will probably smash us so he is worth holding.

Something like Menadue to Dunkley then Mills to Scully is something I could entertain.

Will Scully be able to maintain the rage though? The new interchange rules are definitely helping him and maybe the penny has dropped with him. He is in excellent form.

Mat0369

Scully is one I am grabbing in AF this week. He is a number 1 pick with an insane tank and has just been using it to run people off their feet and rack up the touches. He seems to be in the kind of form he was against the Dogs in his first season. He is a super risky pick but it is looking like one that could really pan out and set you apart because people will be so hesitant to go anywhere near him. The other one that might be worth looking at is Mitch Duncan when the 16 is out of his rotation. He could be a straight swap for Libba.

Scored a terrible 1788 in Round 4 to drop from 26th to 188th overall.

I was only 60 points behind the guy who is 3rd overall before last week who is in another league I am in. I am now over 300 behind him and over 400 points behind the leader.

Last week I did trade McCarthy to Ruggles and Mills to Scully.

This week will be double downgrading. Trading Menadue to Sumner and Papley to Wagner (who outscored Byrne-Jones last week and looked impressive for the dees)

Leaves 193,900 to make probably 1 upgrade in round 6.
