When do leagues start

I couldnt find on the sc website when leagues start for 10 team comps.anyone know?

CUSTOM SIZE PRIVATE LEAGUES

In addition to playing in traditional 18-team leagues, you can also create (or join) 'private' leagues of 10 teams. 10-team leagues operate in the same way, except:
The league head-to-head competition begins in round 2 and concludes in round 19, followed by finals for the Top 8 over rounds 20-23; and
You'll play against everyone in your league twice.
You can play in up to 10 leagues with any combination of 18-team or 10-team settings.

It'd be round 1 or 2. Play each team twice is 18 games, then 4 rounds for finals.

I was in a 10 team league last year and pretty sure it started round 1.
