Nice structure and a couple of Pods.

Think Currie may be a bit of a risk at R2 as Nicholls will be Suns R1 initially so may have to rework a little to get a secure R2.
Up to you but maybe look at downgrading Crouch, Greene, KK or Lonergan to a playing rook and upgrade Currie.

Leave the Rookies till Rd 1 to sort,

Yeah it's easily done - ward can move to a rookie and currie can become mumford, nic nat etc. I'll be watching next week praying nichols hamstrings explode off the bone and then I think it would be hard to fault.

Crouch is probably the next player on the chopping block because I like my fwd and backs structurally - atm I'm trying to be wary of leaving myself exposed. I only want D7,D8,F7,F9 to be playing as injury fill ins once or twice in the first 8 weeks. I just have a feeling that because there's no depth at those rookie positions, one of the on-field rookies will go down and people will get stung by poor scoring rookies having to cover for injured/dropped rookies that were at D/F 4,5 & 6

I like it.

Got few POD's in Ward, Greene, Gray to some extent, I like the extra man down back in Seedsman too. Only problem you might have if you need to free up cash to upgrade non playing rookies, otherwise solid. :D

Very solid team. However an option may be to downgrade one of your premium mid rookies to upgrade one of seedsman/lonergan to a premo back.
