Back, mid, forward combination?

Tossing up between these three combinations and can't decide. Personally I'm leaning towards option 1. Thoughts please?

1) Birchall, Sloane, S. Gray
2) Houli, Sloane, Hall
3) Birchall, Hannebery, Hall

Thoughts would be greatly appreciated
