Massive problem friend not able to get into SuperCoach original team and league

I have a league it's full a friend is in it.
Somehow he tried to download app onto his iPad to work on bigger screen and created another team and league by mistake ,logged in with Facebook  like he did originally with first team.
Now cannot access the original team.
Has deleted apps on both devices and re installed . Still goes back to
Newly formed team and league ?

His original team is in my league
I can't even remove it  so he can re enter with new team.

He can't access old team
Tearing our hair out!!!
I've sent a message to SuperCoach

Does anyone have any ideas???

My friend said
When he downloaded app onto iPad
It started up as a new entity
Only giving him options to
1. Create new league
2. Join league
3. Log in

He attempted to log in via Facebook
Then couldn't as he was
told he had to enter details
( which lead to another registration)
Even when he logged in trying a different way around
It  wanted him to re set password
He didn't have one originally .
Anyway he did
And
Not successful

????
Waiting for response now .
I'm thinking could take a couple of days because of their work load.

As though he was starting from scratch again
