Gday. I think your team is good. Maybe a bit top heavy, the midfield with 5 players over $550k, leaves holes in the backline  of your team. Otherwise it's pretty good!

My teams similar to yours Maty and I'm sticking with the heavy midfield as I believe the backs and forwards are unreliable and a greater risk. However Yeo and francis I see as risky and would look to change. Possibly weitering and simpson. Get extra cash by downgrading Milera to cheaper rookie and Danger to Hanners etc

eondering what you guys think? Not sold on some of the rookies, so will be keeping an eye out over this weekend and for Round 1 lineups. Also a bit hesitant about Greene.

Also have some concern about the backline, but am unsure where the point are going to come from so have loaded up in the mids. I've chosen Dangerfield over Pendles as a personal choice.

Any input is appreciated.

Structure is sound,  Go with gut when making decisions as it is seldom wrong.  You are not alone in trying to sort out backs and fwds.

One thing to keep in mind is the advantage of DPP so when finalising team would look at putting one of Menadue, Kennedy or Kerridge in mids to create the link.

I've done a bit of tinkering post NAB, but concerned I may have gone too far with it.

I continue struggling with DEF and FWD, and now the RUCK is looking a bit top heavy.

Keays and Matheison are interchangeable in the MIDS, but depending on Matheison's latest injury I'm thinking that Keays might get a run.

DEF:  H. Shaw, J. Bartel, S. Hurn, J. Weitering, M. Hartley, K. Collins
(N. Broad, M. Adams)

MID:  N. Fyfe, P. Dangerfield, G. Ablett, M. Priddis, T. Rockliff, T. Liberatore, C. Mills, S. Kerridge
(J. Gresham, B. Keays, R. Davis)

RUCK:  T. Goldstein, S. Martin
(M. Cox)

FWD:  D. Martin, M. Barlow, J. De Goey, D. Wells, B. Kennedy, C. Menadue
(M. Brown, A. McDonald-Tipungwuti)

Any feedback is very much appreciated at this stage.

You are not alone with struggling to work out best structure for defence and forwards,

Structure is sound.  Do not think Rucks are too top heavy as I think both would be in the Top 3.4 at seasons end so barring injury set and forget.

Just sit and adjust rookies Rd 1 as needed.  Do not think Keays has done enough to replace Mattho. Clayton or Jansen may also come into the equation.

Yeah looks good, don't change anything till teams are named.  ;)
