Bont barely got out of second gear last night, missed two absolute sitters he would usually nail and knocked out a 121. Could easily have been a 140-150

Don't get me wrong, he'll have some sub 100 scores on the run home but his game is built for large SC scores. Uses the ball well, contested beast, tackles, goals, big moment player and has a friendly midfielder draw to come

I keep on saying it, this is a kid who barely had a preseason, was played forward mainly in the first 6 weeks and since then has averaged 120.

I was all set to trade him in all week, went to the pub, forgot all about it and missed the bounce by five minutes! :-[ Looks like I'll be paying a bit more next week. ??? Just hope it doesn't cost me my cash league games.

I actually didn't grab him - decided to grab Zorko up forward instead this week otherwise I'd have to take Menapoo's 30 or rely on SOSOS at F6. I used Davis at M8 instead who scored a serviceable 78.

I plan to get him next week - any idea what his price will be? Had a BE of 75

Traded him in this week for GAJ, was between him, Steven, Neale and Coniglio.

Reasons behind the decision:
Bont - Love watching him play, scores well in the close ones!
Coniglio - Underdog, though bringing him in would mean 5 GWS players in my team  ???
Neale - Has performed well in a shocking side, though I hate watching Freo play this year, so bad!
Steven - Too up and down for my liking, seems equally as likely to go 60-70 as he is 130+


So far it seems like a decent pick, Coniglio with the 140, though not many would have considered him.
