Don't know a lot about rookies on the bench at this stage, i know a couple but not many, some thoughts would be much appreciated on my team :)

Don't be too disheartened mate, no one seems to be into it around this time, I'll do a quick one if you like

-Could be a little light on in the backs, don't mind Aish at D4 as long as D1-D3 are proven scorers, Shaw good pick
-Very strong mids, some great PODs in there, like Gibbs instead of Libba for example too
-Interesing ruck set up, neither of the big two but could be really effective
-Could be a good forward structure just think SJ might need to be upgraded, F4-F6 should all average okay but could still get you into trouble
-Good overall rookie selections
-Maybe upgrade a forward rookie if you can

Hey Seeds, I think everyone is in hibernation at the moment. AFL Fantasy is a little harder this year with them out pricing all the good picks, so its a bit harder to give advise imo. I like the strength of your backline, but if there are lots of rookies getting games in round 1 maybe you could downgrade Aish and use the money elsewhere ? (few Bomber bargains?)

Backline rookies that could get games early: M.Brown, M.Adams, M.Hartley, J.Wagner (monitor their pre season)

Not quite sure how many games you will get out of Keays early ? obviously we wont know until closer to the start of the season. Parish and Mills should get plenty of games early but may miss games here and there, maybe starting 3 rooks is in the midfield is too risky ?

Rumour's going around that Sidebum will play more up forward this year with Treloar and Aish joining the team. I like Sidebum because of his running ability and the fact he's less likely to get the tag with so many good players in the Collingwood midfield. Monitor his role in the nab challenge games.

Your rucks are strong but im thinking you will want to get one of Martin or Goldy in at some stage so just be aware that's another 1 or 2 trades you need to use on your ruckline if Jacobs and Lobbe aren't firing enough.

Like I say it's pretty hard to give advise at the moment until we see who is doing what in the nab challenge games. Our team structures could change pretty quickly if some cheap rooks start to pop their heads up in the nab challenge (round 1 teams).

I quite like the Gibbs pick, i think that could pay off and is reasonably unique. As said above its really hard to make many comments before we know which rookies will play ect. and that will govern the cash you have left for Premos.

As mentioned above i think the Jacobs pick could be upgraded to one of either Goldy or Martin. I think the aim should be to finish the year with the top 2 ruckmen in the comp, which baring injury should be Goldy and Martin. So the extra cash you spend saves you a trade you may need elsewhere (although you get a lot of trades in AF).

But yeah, very solid team, couple of unique picks i like :)

Think this thread will get some action now that prices have been finalised (except Bombers top up).

Rosa is an interesting pick but hew will playing on the wing for coast and is in their best 22 according to reports.

think you definitely need to start with one of Goldy or Martin if possible as you may be behind the eight ball early.

Personal but not a delidio fan now with his hammies.

Can not see Keays playing early unless Lions get an early injury with their mid depth.  Mathieson is also training better than Keays so he may get first shot as well.

With rookies like most with current prices will be watching NAB with interest to see if a gem pops up eg Oxley last year.

Solid looking team mate. Some of the rookies you've picked aren't great, but that can wait until nab. Also watch Petraaca cause he may not be ready round one.

Yeah i am not totally sure on rookies just yet, really just waiting for NAB cup at this stage.
