Any advice

Hey all, not really my first post as have frequented this board for a number of years as Dickitch, but can no longer remember password and the reset doesn't work.

Annnnnyway, not the greatest of starts so looking for someone to set me straight.  What would you do here - I'm tempted to just go Rocky to Zaha and leave it at that this week but anyone recommend something else?
