Lock Campo into the head coaching role. He has been fantastic and would be great coach in the long-term. He's played for one of the most successive reigns in football (90's Carlton) and would have witnessed how to manage star players (they had more than their salary cap could handle). All jokes aside, I think the Crows should lock him in, really deserves to be more than an interim

So Campo gets the gig because he's worked in an organisation that likes to flaunt the salary cap rules. Worsfold should be the favourite to coach Essendon then, he's a qualified chemist after all.
