Something will have to go seriously wrong for us from here on in after the huge efforts of our midfield so far. Pridda, Hanley, Hartlett and Montags have really done us proud so far, let's hope Stants can step in and have a big on as well to seal the deal.

Thank god I played Hanley!!

Robbed by the lack of a sub rule imo.  :P

FINALS WEEK FOUR - GRAND FINAL

SENIORS FIXTURE

GRAND FINAL

Laos Elephants (1642) defeated by Mongolian Lambs (2103)

RESERVES FIXTURE

GRAND FINAL

UAE Tigers (968) defeated by Mongolian Lambs (1121)

So here we have our final scores from our final game for the 2015 season.

And remarkably, the winner of both the Seniors and Reserves Grand Finals is:

The Mongolian Lambs!!

Congratulations to Toga for running such a successful club this season, it is quite an effort to win a premiership from outside the top 4! And it is quite a feat to do so with such depth too, with his reserves win showing the well rounded depth of the lambs. I daresay he was lucky however, with JROO copping quite a few North and Freo players being rested, which ultimately cost him the win.

Woo! 8)

It's great to finally be recognised as a premiership team after a few years of being around the mark but just not quite being able to pull it off. Started off shaky this year, and really didn't convincingly cement ourselves in the top 8 at all but really turned it on at the right time, knocking off (with a bit of luck) premiership fancies in KL, Australia and UAE along the way to the GF - bad luck to all these teams who looked incredibly strong all year round. But relieved to be premiers at last!

Commiserations to Nigey who didn't have much luck in the GF, but developed a really competitive outfit at Laos this year. I'm sure the Elephants will be back stronger than ever next year!

And thanks to BB for running the AXVs this year, it's a good comp to be a part of.

GO YOU LAMBIES!!
