Who to boot for Hodge?

Thinking I need to shore up my backline with some consistency. Current backline is

Shaw, Picken, Rance, Gibson, Newnes, Hibberd (Brown, Hamling)

Have $220K so can afford to bring in Hodge for any of my starters with 1 trade (3 trades remaining). Would you trade out Hibberd or Newnes?

I reckon get rid of Hibberd. Averaging less, and both his high and low score are lower than Newnes... has been very underwhelming!
