The Supercoach

So heres my team, i dont really have any ideas what to do with it and was just wondering if anyone had any awesome ideas :)

B: Shaw, Higgins, Newnes, Hibberd, Saad, McIntosh emg. hamling andrews

M: Fyfe, Pendles, Kennedy, Selwood, SJ, Rocky, Ellis yolmen, van berlo emg. mckenzie, glenn, anderson

R: Goldy, Nic nat emg cox

F: Buddy, Swan, Dusty, Gray, Ziebell, Bont emg. Hogan, Krak

Ive got 17 trades left and $268k in the bank. At this stage ive probably got 16 players playing this week  but i should win my leagues regardless.

Should i just do like a mcintosh to houli or ellis yolmen to sloane? Is there something else i should do ?

Cheers :)

i'd be worried about that mid bench..very very thin

Step one, work out how many keepers you have still to upgrade. So for this team that is the following:
Backs - 2
Mids - 2
Rucks - 0
Fwds - 0

Then you need to work out what trades will give you the best points advantage going forward. So for example you are playing KMac in defence (60-65), but if he was to become Hodge who is averaging close to 110, that is a jump of 45 points per week. But then compare that to your Crows rookies, and how much more the premium would be if you traded one in.

I agree with the above post and the thin mid bench, perhaps you could trade Harris Andrews out and move McKenzie to defence, and then find a playing mid rookie (Not sure if any are available this week).

Saad is someone I would hold for now, the rest of your rookies aren't making that much cash so you might need to leave Saad at D6.

There are no guarantees that CEY will hold his spot in the team so trade him to a premium mid of your choice (That had the bye last week). Beams is probably the pick of the players. Then look at downgrading one of those bench rookies that aren't playing (Anderson, McKenzie, Krakouer).

For Round 13 it will be time to cull Hogan and trade him up or down, if you got a mid/fwd DPP rookie in this week in your mids then you could turn Hogan to another premium mid (Your final one) next week; Steven, Armitage, Hannebery, Mundy, Sidebottom take your pick, all have the bye this week.

There are a lot of different ideas there and some conflict with each other, so filter out the ones you like the least. Finally though, if this was my team, I would do CEY -> Beams
