Is it worth trading selwood to sloane?

Hey guys, I know there has already been posts about this, but I'm making it specific to my scenario (sorry to be selfish haha). My team is above, I have 8 trades left and 80k in the bank. Is it worth trading Selwood to sloane or is that a waste of a trade with how many trades I have left and where my team is at. A vote, or any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I would upgrade defence first before luxury mid trades. Tmitch might get dropped as well which will be a bigger problem than Joel.

Definitely not worth it! I did and have since developed severe anxiety and thoughts of suicide.
