Griffen and Newnes - Hunt and Watson/Lewis/JPK/Gray ($600K)

Firstly is it time to get rid of both of these guys and secondly is it worth getting Hunt and thirdly which sub $600K mid is the best one to get! I have put in Gray as I can eventually move him to my forwards. Thoughts?

ideally id be looking at JPK, solid team whos going to win more often than not, giving him more of the ball
well known ball winner who will go 120+

watson potentially as a POD, not many people starting him, essendon looking ok ish

gray will drop price as of this week, get him in 2 weeks when his 73 rolls out

What are your thoughts on offloading the Griffen and Newness and also getting Taylor Hunt?

Newnes can wait. Is a fair chance to make BE of 90 vs Carlton. He has been reasonable - not a total disaster.

Griffen BE 107. Toss up here. Shouldn't lopse a heap.

Hunt - already increased by $50K. Low BE but maybe too late. Other rookies will emerge in defence. WhiteX, Hamling, Goddard, Schadefreude the Pie. No rush I reckon.

Smith is a good target in defence.

The Bont will make $$, so if you want him, it is now or never. He seems a good chance of being top 6 - 8 forward and is DPP.

Gray may well get cheaper.

Sloane is a priority too. Better off grabbing Sloane and a cheaper defender than Hunt and a sub $600K mid.

good player, new club may take some time in adapting

premos are picked to be kept, if you wanted him for $$ increase then yeah sure palm him off before you lose too much more but i would be saving trades personally

you don't want to offload 2 potential keepers when you are only getting 1 keeper in return.
