So from reading numerous posts, I think it's been concluded that Nathan van Berlo is the better option over Daniel Rich. However, would it be too much to have all three of Sloane, Ellis-Yolmen and van Berlo in the MID, or if this is the case for my team, should I opt for Rich instead?

No. NVB/CEY will make bucket loads of cash and are probably the best options respectively at there prices and Sloane is playing amazingly.
