Team looks good mate. I think it just needs a little bit of tweaking but that's just my opinion.

DEF: 3 definite keepers with Newnes who I think will be a keeper also. Geary has looked great during pre-season and could be a great pick if he can translate it to the season proper. Hopefully 3 decent scoring rookies play round 1.

MID: Ablett, Pendles and Selwood are locks in my opinion. Nice picks there. A Swallow I'm not sure about as I think he needs to average at least 110 to be a keeper at M9 by seasons end. I'm not sure that he will average that much. I would think about upgrading him to a proven SC gun if you can. Trade Biggs for Newton as Biggs is unlikely to play round 1 with injury.

RUC: Very strong here. Can Jacobs back up last season? I think that with the new ruck scoring he will drop a lot in price so I prefer a cheaper ruckman who can be upgraded later on. Not too sure who to suggest though as I'm in the same pickle at the moment.

FWD: Looks really good. I'm not a fan of starting with Buddy but I can understand why many are. Hopefully Mitchell can take it to the next level and average enough to be a keeper. I'm not entirely confident that he can.

Overall a really good looking side.

I really like my rookies but always subject to change due to round 1 squads

Back line is good (very similar to mine!) Just need to wait for the ASADA verdict

Mids - I agree ASwallow at M4 is too weak, Mitchell to another forward rookie then ASwallow to a super premo, might leave enough for Goodes at D6 as well.

Rucks - who is Oxley? do you mean Mason Cox? Oxley is a defender

Fowards - strong, even with out mitchell
