Luke Parker, Tom Mitchell and Corey Enright? or any other suggestions around their price in the same position. Thanks

diamw90

Luke Parker: Star
Mitchell: 50-50.. really comes down to luck tbh with selection, if hes picked you take him.
Enright: as your 3 or 4D absolutely, dont even worry about age.

SydneyRox

All three solid picks. As long as Titch gets some time in the NAB and is named round 1.

Ricochet

Parker: Expecting him to stay around the same. Will cop a little more attention and coming of a big year so could easily drop a little too.
Mitchell: First ever preseason. Should finish in the top 10 fwds
Enright: You get what you pay for him. Only issue is injuries which have been popping up last few years, but he is getting on.

redfield

Parker: I think his average might drop a touch this year but it wouldn't be by much. No real reason not to pick him other than splitting hairs.
Titch: As long as he's named for round 1, in my opinion, he's a lock.
Enright: You could do worse but you could also do better IMO. I'd avoid.

shaker

Parker - gun
Mitchell - get on him if he looks like he has nailed down a spot
Enright - getting a bit old but always very consistent

Parker: Gun, but I don't see any real upside in starting him. Could be a great upgrade target if he shows us he can push 115
Titch: JS the only concern. If he is cemented in the 22 then absolutely worth a shot at 400k
Boris: Love this guy, and is ultra consistent just like Hibberd down back. Only concern I have is that he may get rested once or twice, and he doesn't really have the ceiling that other defenders around his price range do, but he makes up for that with his consistent safe scores

Parker: as has been said, absolute gun. For me the decision all pre season has been to start Parker or Ward.
Titch: at 400k, if he's named, All Aboard!!!!
Enright: you know what you are gonna get week in week out, he ran a PB in his 2km time trial this preseason. Which for a bloke who is 32 (I think) and in something like his 13th or 14th season shows you the mindset and determination they have down at Geelong. They truly believe they have a genuine tilt at the flag this year.

Everyone else pretty much nailed it but:
Parker: Huge gun and would be a decent Pod, but a big risk and for around the price I'd go with someone more proven.

Mitchell: Also a gun. Huge fantasy pig, racks them up with ease. Only concerns are over his job security, but if he's named round 1 he's too cheap to pass up.

Boris: Great player, great bloke. Super consistent and you can easily lock in a 90 average or so without worrying. Only concerns are the inevitable 'general soreness' and having his games managed. Likely to miss one or two games throughout the year but he almost never throws in a stinker. If you need 75-80 to win and Boris is your last player, you can pretty much lock in a win.
