Rest of the lines are strong with standard picks but you need to get Waters from D3 to D5.

I would downgrade Mummy to someone like Nic Nat or someone a little cheaper than Mummy...

then Upgrade one of your backline rookies.

Best thing to do would be downgrading Elwood and Sloane to guys around 500k und upgrade def rookie to Newnes...

Yeah I don't really know where you would get the money but I would try and find a way to get another mid pricer down back at least.
