The low tech is gonna stop you from getting top dollar - tech trains the slowest in keeper/batsman training.  Will need to work on fielding and then tech for most of the season.  Avg bat and reas keeping with the safe hands talent are very nice indeed.

The current market is crazy but I suspect you could get up to $100k for him

Keep in mind that I said you COULD get up to $100k.  I personally wouldnt pay more than $40k - $50k for this player.  Too much to fix before you can focus on primary training.
