Not worth $400k.  The dreadful fielding hurts.  Need to spend 9 weeks just to get that up to average (reasonable is better) - that is nearly a whole season just to fix fielding.  Then you still have an ord/avg player and 1 less season to train primaries - prob get to reli/reli or reli/accom by 19
