George Gun [RWS]: Bowling to reasonable (Now my first reas/reas youth. Cool secondaries so will stay on primaries for a while yet)
Paul Arnostam: Fielding to average (The youth i'm watching closely, and also the only one who i've used the player predicter on. It's a solid pop and he's ave/poor bat/tech at 16)
Olivier Casey: Fielding to average (My youth all-rounder/bowler. ave/ave/reas with slowerball. Will train till EOS on bowling. Hopefully he can get to something sellable)
Henry Hendricks: Technique to ordinary (The only i have from my starting squad, 19yo, reas/ord rfm. Going at EOS obviously)
Heinrich Herbert: Endo to Ordinary (Opening batsman, ave/ave. Going at EOS too)

Gates a good player at 18, will more than likely keep him onto seniors especially with the rarity of him being a LWS, put him on fielding training while hoping for a tech pop.

One of the guys I'm most excited about...

He is 2-3 weeks off a fielding pop... therefore he has ~4.1K spare ratings NOT in fielding... therefore he's got ~4.1K spare ratings of 5.9K SR possible in non-fielding...

Will need to train his endo to ave/reas... but could get quite a few fast pops off him after I train his fielding to reas...
