Ross Gallagher to Average Endurance. About time so now onto Primary training.
Teddy Evans to Average Fielding. Same as above.
Noel Venkasammy to Average Technique. A level of fielding now to get him ahead of schedule.
Kale Temiz to Reasonable Bowling. Ave/Rea/Ord Tech gap :-\.
Luc Rabou to Reasonable Bowling. Rea/Ave but Gifted Tech for easy catchup now.

I'm down to 18 now.

sometimes 18 is too much. I keep my youth numbers low for 2 reasons. First being they arent my primary focus so i dont invest much into them to train them up, second being because i dont invest heaps into academy there is no need  to have more than the minimum, this saves me a tiny bit of wages

I've got 19 in my squad. I lose 6 at EOS and don't want those rubbish fillers so stocked up early on players I can train :)

you can at least train them up quickly unlike me CF. I only have 2 19 year olds though.

Yeah pretty happy, I think Greig was the most satisfying one...

He's rel summary but his prims are only rel/rel

I think I'm going to train him one level of fielding (to capable) and then go straight back to prims for a year or so.
