Pops and plops

I wish my senior academy will pop. I have been investing decent money each week into it. A few weeks of improving, a few of improving + and another few of improving ++. Should be a couple of weeks away from popping to superior. Overall i would like to get my academies to Lavish Senior Academy and Satisfactory youth academy by EOS. Semiors should pop soon, and youths are 4 weeks in, 1 week improving ++ and 1 week improving

Happy with those pops. As you can probably tell I have been training fielding, minimum reliable by their 24th birthday. Currie won't get there as when he came to me he had ordinary fielding (and was on batting training...Barlow...batting...srs) Woody is now there. Umar is only 21 so has time.
Shagmeister finally gets that power pop after 3 weeks of training power (:P) should motor along being the prime age and having gifted power.
