Just checked and he joined in Feb last year so prob just been saving up a lot of money and as Baz said probably rebuilding

Well my aim is now to be doing this all season. The aim is to be lavish/luxurious SA, and excellent/superior YA - only have excellent/satisfactory now.

Once your academies get to Lavish, improving+ is the highest investment you can go to that has an effect on the improvement of your academy. There is no improving++ at Lavish. This actually means that you will save money on investment, but obviously it takes much longer for it to get to Luxurious. My academies investment is $93k, with my inadequate YA on improving++ and my SA on improving+.
