In a good YA...
Pure batting until then would make him spec/exp with reas endo.
Pure tech would have him exp/spec with reas endo.
Alternating 1 season batting 1 tech would have him outs/outs with reas endo.
Could also go first 5 weeks this season on fielding and get him to cap fielding with outs/outs & same endo.

Shagmeister will probably be spec/spec early next season. Don't want him to pop before he has his birthday...The wage o.O Does Lesnar have acceptable secondaries? :P

well his secondaries arent quite there... reas endo and ord fielding but he is a giftd fieldr. average experience

Maca, spend this season pumping up his Endurance to Reliable then Fielding to Capable and I beat he has a chance at a national squad. Experience is a little low but they can get him on a tour or 2 for experience.
