Same. It is so annoying.
Although in a few seasons we could be rating 170k+ and they will be stuck at 150k because they can't afford to buy older guys to make their teams go past say 160k because they will have little money because of wages/constantly buying players.

But yeah more immediate results would be nice :P

Yep same, so this is why I am buying some oldies for the short term future, but keeping some good young players.
