happy with those ratings was playing a 2nd string side
had 6 youths and my reserve players in Essa and Morrison and Tolhurst playing only regulars from my normal team was Manou and Walker
everyone else was rested so pretty good ratings

Just set my team for tommorrow's Youth match.

No chance of finishing first and would take a miracle for the 3rd place team to overtake me as they have to win and make up a NRR of 2 to get over me ;D.

Tried something a little different. Made a team without 4 of my 19 y.o's to see how it would look for next season. Everybody is 18 or under. Only 1 16 year old made the team :(. Although Selby could come close if he got his Tech up faster ;). Klibbe is my worst batsman at Ave/Ave but trying him as an opener (spot needs to fill). Have 6 bowlers with 2 being all rounders. One a spinner and one a medium so gives me some flexibility when I find the pitch I'm playing on :D. Worst bowler is Reas/Ave.

Think I'm in good stead for next season at Scotland :).

Boomz

Ferguson gets a rest for me after playing a lot o ODI's & T20's & my new Irish youth keeper is in :) Should be good...

roo boys!

My youth side is playing a bottom of the ladder bot so I want to give a good farewell to Griffiths and Strike (both promoting anyway)

Alex7089

Yeah today will be a last for K. Adams, A. Mashimbiyi & O. Paterson.
All have performed well for my youth side especially Paterson but here is the end for those boys, only Krithivas and Johnstone will ever get anywhere near my new look senior XI :P

Justin Bieber

Well Top of the table clash. 3,800 turned up for the away match 8).

BratPack

4,232 turned up to my battle for 4th :P Pity I'm the away team

Alex7089

Well well, I'm playing the guy unbeaten on the top I've got not chance but hopefully my 19 year olds do well, and have a good send off :P
That is the 50 partnership (51 runs, 48b, 0x4, 2x6) SR:106.25
Nice opening partnership though :)

Fletch74

Well, I'm playing the guy who's 2nd. Based on ratings from last week I should win, but he's got me on a sticky wicket...

End of over 8 (3 runs) - Fletch's No Balls(29-2) RR 3.62
K. Barrat 6 (11b) , T. Cumberland 1 (2b) , H. Borwick 4-0-10-1

Alex7089

#14319
End of over 9 (5 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(56-0) RR 6.22
B. Krithivas 27 (25b) , O. Paterson 24 (30b) , C. Brown 1-0-5-0

A flat wicket but with Mashimbiyi to come, I'm not complaining :P

End of over 10 (12 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(68-0) RR 6.80
O. Paterson 31 (34b) , B. Krithivas 32 (27b) , W. Chittleborough 1-0-12-0

Could be worse I suppose :P

End of over 11 (9 runs) - Feeling Sheepish(77-0) RR 7.00
B. Krithivas 40 (33b) , O. Paterson 31 (34b) , C. Brown 2-0-14-0

Yeah, it could be worse :)

Fletch74

End of over 11 (1 run) - Fletch's No Balls(41-3) RR 3.73
T. Cumberland 5 (9b) , G. Dean 1 (2b) , L. Whalley 2-0-5-1

My Top scorer at the moment is Extras.... with 10 (all leg byes)

8-6 Suited

End of over 11 (4 runs) - Nolls XI(39-1) RR 3.55
G. Humphreys 18 (32b) , N. Rashid 17 (25b) , S. du Preez 2-0-13-0

BratPack

End of over 12 (2 runs) - The Brat Pack(60-1) RR 5.00
R. Reid 30 (38b) , T. Swift 11 (16b) , L. Coulthard 2-0-6-0

Juggled my batting line up a bit. Reid seems to be doing okay so far in opening

Alex7089

12.4   W   C. Brown to Mashimbiyi : Short of a good length delivery on the middle and leg stump line. Mashimbiyi looks to work it away through mid-wicket but fails to keep it down and the strategically placed Griffiths at short mid-wicket holds on well to a fairly hard chance.
A. Mashimbiyi c A. Griffiths b. C. Brown 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00
12.3   W   C. Brown to Krithivas : [catch] C. Brown released the ball with a horizontal seam, causing it to leap up and Krithivas was unable to keep his shot down. The ball flew straight to Harland at mid on who holds on to the catch.
B. Krithivas c B. Harland b. C. Brown 44 (39b 2x4 2x6) SR:112.82

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Cap/cap batsman out for a golden duck on a flat in youth I doubt it ::) ::)

8-6 Suited

End of over 14 (maiden) - Nolls XI(42-1) RR 3.00
G. Humphreys 20 (43b) , N. Rashid 18 (32b) , M. Waris 3-1-6-0

Doing well limiting the top or second spot team to little runs.
