CF, use this season just to build a solid team, play for keeps next season. I think there is like 8 weeks left? Not 100% on that but hopefully, you can get a strong team going for the next season.

Anyway, yeah, for you CF all you want to do this year is stay out of the relegation zone for One Day and T20 leagues. Don't worry about youth, it takes a LOT longer to develop a good youth team.
To hold in Div 6 is the same as killing it in Div 7 and getting promoted. Like Shaggy said, all you need to do is work towards a team that will be good NEXT season :)

Won my T20 by 56 Runs, poor batting performance overall but Menza was a stand out again. Bowlers saved the team once again, Affonso, Alleyne, Moylan, Jamieson and Menza all picking up wickets.

Well my match was easier than expected, bowled them out for 50, hatrick and 4 fa for van den Hof again, last T20 he took 5/7 from 3.5, this time 4/8 from 3.3 :D
