I put 53,000 in to my academies combined every week- is that to much?
At this rate I should still make 20-40 thou a week. Then take out my wages. Brings it to 0-20 thou a week.
Over the 14 weeks I could make 250k+ then prize money should have some fair cash left.
But ah, my first question remains...

Alot of posting in their forums seems to support minimal academy input for first year players and others (like HP suggested a while back) say as long as you show signs of improving then you can probably afford to be below average input.

Last season I put into my academies leading to both of them going up a level. Barely getting by though. Under 100k so might have to slow down my investments but have some good young players coming through and don't want to hinder them.

Invest in your academy if you can. If you don't have the money, don't worry about it.

I dunno. I feel like I would rather stop buying players and develop the ones I already have.
I mean, I don't want a bad academy, just because I am first year. I mean, I am first year but I take an abnormally high sponsorship amount because I am in Div 6 I get almost 70k from sponsorship and more people to my games...

Takes a long time to get your academy up to a high level if you don't get promoted every now and again.

I'm happy with a level in each every season. And promotion in at least 1 league every season. Likely Youth this season.

Finish top of the ladder ;D. Harder than it seems.

T20 is Div 5 and One Dayer and Youth in Div 6.

That's how I'm able to survive putting in 55k investment into my academies each week.

I am in div 6 in everything. I will drop in youth (I assume you have to finish last)
I will hopefully hold in one dayer and T20, but no hope of going up, there is a freak in both teams that will kill me. Actually I am playing one of them in a couple of days :o :o

Yeah. 1 game behind already in my all my leagues already.

Most likely to catch up to the guy in my youth league after a shock loss last week :(.

Hopefully get a few pops this week for my youths :D.

OK, well there is a guy in my youth who apparently sucks worse than me so we could fight for the spoon :P
Hopefully I can hold, if I do, I will consider this season a huge success. It is like being promoted in every league :P

I was unlucky but hopefully I can bounce back. Outrated him by almost 20k ratings and lost :'(. Batsman did their job, but their batsman did better and my bowlers had an off day.

Yeah you easily had him on paper. I would of thought Casperson would take more than 2 wickets, maybe I expect to much :P

My T20 game this week is critical, wasn't ready for my game last week, and got slaughtered, but I will be ready this time and hopefully I can put up a fight against the team that is clearly the dominant squad.

Good to get off to a good start to the week :P. Always have that chance for an upset ;).

Casperson and Von Kessel are easily my best youth bowlers (Original squad member Young could push them with his prodigy talent but wasn't able to crack the team last season). But with that Bowling to Tech gap, they prove to be inconsistent. Also, Have 2 (possibly 3) all rounders who bowl spells in my youth games :P.

Hmm nice going. I hope to pull in a nice bowler in my pull tomorrow. Hopefully I can get a nice pace bowler. I think I might go for India for my pull this week :P
