I was just looking through my squad and I really like the look of it, I have the core of my team (Hartigan, Dunn, Hof, Monteleone, Boyle) and then I have a number of 20/21 year olds that don't get games but are accomplished at batting/bowling and then I have the rest that the starting team is mostly made up of, the guys who are 23-26.

nice R&B i'm a bit like HP....bringing up the youth as i said earlier besides calver that i got from you my oldest iust my 2 best players are both 23 then it just goes down younger from there
