Keep him unless you seriously don't want him. 16 year old prodigies can fetch a bit if they aren't extremely horrible :P. If you really don't want him, I'll take him under my wing for the next season or two and see If I can work wonders :P.

Well, my youth academy aint doing to well at the moment. Think about it, if you want him, he is yours, if not, that is fine as well. Just a little thank you for what you have done ;)

If you're talking about Reiffel, Doesn't look all that bad. Work on fielding until Ordinary or Average. Then Bowling Tech. Experience is very low :o. Nothing I haven't worked with before :P.
