I need to up grade a ruckman but I only have $400000 to spend, I've narrowed my options down to Mumford or zac Clarke. Who would be a better option?

I already downgraded blicavs to Grundy. From here I could either swap Sandi for Z Clarke or Mumford or I could up grade staker to Grant or Monfries. I won my league and have the week off but I want to leave bout $200k-$250k in the bank to upgrade Hutchings and Mitchell to beams and Watson next week
With sandi playing Melbourne he mite score alright, how about blicavs to Grundy then go staker to Johnston from the crows he's 140 k and will put on 40k or so, if u do those downgrades then next week ul b able to so 2 upgrades maby enright in ur backline and a ruck upgrade, only reason I mention the double downgrade is u have the week off and I'm not sure if there are many downgrade options next week, hope that's of help, if u get a chance can you check out my team Is under ur post on here, cheers
