Question:
Who would you rather have in your team? (not fantasy, real life)
Option 1: Patrick Dangerfield (Paddy D)
Option 2: Nathan Fyfe (The Knife!)
I saw AFL's facebook group put up this question last night and it seriously got me thinking...
I honestly can't decide... been thinking about it for a day now...
Leaning towards Fyfe for his aerial abilities and mint passing...
Just wanted to get the FanFooty consensus! Vote away :)
Really tough decision would go Dangerfield but just.
Easy
Fyfe injury prone
Dangerfield not.
Danger for his ability to be a game winner.
I went fyfe. The question was, who would you prefer on your team- I dunno who's the better player, but fyfe is a year younger, and honestly danger seems so full of himself and a complete twat.
I would go for Dangerfield. He just has a better ability to run and carry through the midfield and break the lines. It is very close between these two. Can I have both in my team?
I missed the game, but it seems Fyfe beat Danger looking on stats and reviews.

I wouldn't say that to be honest. Watching the game Danger was playing a lot more in and under game this week and his first 9 disposals were all contested. Just checked the stats and he finished with 18 disposals, 16 of which were contested! Fyfe has 1 more disposal, but his efficiency was shocking. 7 inside 50's and not a single goal assist is pretty poor play, his DE for the game was just 37%, compared to Dangers who was 72% even though pretty much every touch was contested. Don't know how you could say Fyfe won on the stats??
I hate these questions... It's like;
"Who is better? Messi or Ronaldo?"
or
"Would you rather stick a rusty nail under your toe-nail and kick a wall with it OR get 1,000,000 paper cuts all over your body before jumping into a pool of lemon juice... It's dumb!?"
FTR...
Danger, Ronaldo and Lemon Juice.
Sorry CF...
Fyfe kicking more and his tackling pressure and goal looked like it was a stronger effort without going through the DE...
Dangerfield about 2 years ahead of Fyfe, 2 more preseasons into Fyfe tho and he will be better, think eventually when both are retired the history books will say Fyfe was the better player, but which one in real life for 2013 = Dangerfield.
Fremantle's midfield has shocking disposal efficiency

I have to agree with this - i think Fyfe will be a better player in the end but Danger is better at the moment.
I'd rather have Fyfe in my team, but for the moment Danger is ahead.

Now my toes are tingling and really uncomfortable... Thanks a lot.
Might change in time but at this stage Danger is ahead for me. Bit more resilient, bit tougher. Fyfe more skilful, but I just love the way Paddy goes about it.
you guts really think Fyfe will be better than Paddy? I think he could be a top 5 player next year and in a few years one of the very best, and will be an all time great at Adelaide!
is Fyfe that good?
You think that about every crows player.

Ahahaha, exactly.
Pretty sure Walker's going to win the coleman for the next 5 years too, isn't he tbag?
I'm quitely confident both will win a brownlow one day.... :o
I consider them different players TBH. I don't watch a lot of either team but I imagine Fyfe becoming a pure mid while Danger will play Half Back/Forward with a bit of time in the midfield.
I voted Danger though.
Walker and Dangerfield are the two best at Adelaide, Walker is a freak and will win Coleman's, Paddy is also a freak and is becoming a rounded player who will dominate the midfield for years, nothing bias about these statements it's just how it is
Wouldn't say Walker's a certainty to win a Coleman at all. Buddy, Jack, and Hawkins are all around and better.
better? please! Tex had Reiwoldt and Hawkins beat all over this year without missing 5 through suspension, he makes those two look like hacks
Considering tex had port, gws and gc twice he should have kicked 100.

then he should have won coleman.
too bad he's such a prick.
I'd pick Danger, and I reckon Tex is a pretty good chance for a Coleman or two in his career
This tbag-Walker love reminds me of someone and Stanton...
Danger. Watching his highlights package on the AFLPA MVP awards it reminded me a lot of Judd in his WC days.
