Title: Marley Williams worth a thought?
Post by: nickstiges on June 04, 2012, 07:17:56 PM
Considering D.Smith > Williams, to remove one more donut from my lineup this week.

Thoughts on his JS & scoring ability?

J.Elliott (FWD) scored 100 points in his first full game  ... Im thinking JS would be poor like M.Williams

In addition to crap JS, remember they scored this in a 100 point thrashing to GCS.

Agree that JS is poor but it depends what you need him for. If you just need him to play out the byes, it might be worth a gamble if he's name this week. Sad thing is, we only get extended benches before lockout so if he and Swan are both named on the extended bench, I'd be wary...

hav'nt seen the Gold Coast recently, has Horsley's role changed or is he not on ball? I was hoping to get Tom Mitchell but might have to go Couch! unless one of these Wood boys gets a regular gig, but who can really tell

Good call this. I was looking at him for some cash generation with the hope of him playing through the byes. It's a risky one

if the Horse scores 80 he will drop 15k leaving him with a BE of 70 odd next week which is achievable by his standards so i wouldnt crap myself thinking he is gonna drop dirt loads of cash .. he is only worth 300k imo i think he can maintain atleast 270-280 aslong as he is playing and scoring 75 + each week ..
