At the moment my rucks are Mac and Giles with stephenson on the bench and im not really sure who another good rookie rucks is that will get game time.

Apart from those 2 you've mentioned I'm not sure there are any other rookies that would be close to getting a gig. Jarrod Witts from Collingwood and Billy Longer from Brisbane are really the only ones being spoken about, but are both long shots.
I would be moving HMac your second ruck, move Giles to the bench, then bring in a gun first ruckman
Rowe would be next best i think....witts and derickx might play as well?

Actually Rowe would be in consideration too! Although possibly not for round 1
Ayce. Don't worry about his 2011 average. He only played 2 games, and he broke his hand early in one of them yet played the whole match. He's got some talent, and with Huddo leaving he has a shot to cement himself in the team.
