I don't think he is ready to step up to premium status yet, so i would go rookie instead or an established premo
Look elsewhere.
Tappy could play a number of games this year, but there's a bit of competition for the half back flank roles, although he could move forward and start bombing them in from 60 but I don't think he's ready to step up to the next level.
Was in my team earlier and is now it out. Maybe he,ll be a mid due to scully departing? Depending on nab he may slot back in...
