Out of all the draftees from this year, as well as other rookies such as Shiel and Treloar, who do you think will get a good number of games?
Congilio , Buntine , Giles , Clifton , and maybe Tyson
And James McDonlald, Jeremy Cameron, Adam Tomlinson, Adam Treloar, Dylan Shiel
Would not be 100% sure on Cameron though.
I would be with Patton out injured Cameron was picked up on the under 17 year old contracts and it's been said if he was in the draft he would have been right up there in the top picks if he sows any kind of form in pre season he will get games
I agree that he will get games, but being a key forwars, he is not a typical scoring player. There are probably better options for around the same price
Yeah they really rate Cameron and he has spent time in the midfield andis very mobile,it's possible he could play in the ff type role of the mobile fwd roll, if he is used as a kpp type then yeah. You said not worth having.

+1. I'm thinking of starting with Cameron then selling him out come GWS first bye - around the time when Patton would be coming into consideration for a match. However, selling guys out who have the first bye is problematique but we'll cross that bridge when it needs to be crossed!
Cameron 70% locked for me, barring poor NAB Cup form I feel he'll have to play consistently, score 50-60s and not get subbed out being the main forward target.
Lets not forget big folau! Haha
but ill be looking at clifton, coniglio, buntine, miles, tomilson, treloar, giles. Right now clifton and giles are pretty much locks for me, the rest im waiting for the nab to make up my mind.
sheeds said that out of the national draft picks, there were only 4 spots available in the giants round 1 side.
But Sheedy half the time has no idea what he is saying, and is probably just messing with everyone

You'd pick the best side possible regardless of where they came from. He might be deflecting a bit of attention from them, maybe trying not to pump their tyres as to expect too much.

Not necessarily.
Firstly, there may only be 4 spots open, because they already have their best 18 in pre-listed players.
Secondly, GWS has written off 2012 already (and as much said so from memory), they know they're going to get creamed, so subsequently are going to shelter the young stars in B-grade, so they don't get too disheartened by the week in week out floggings.

I wouldn't be laughing at that. He will be pretty clueless most of the time, but he has size and athleticsm that very few players can match. He'll win contests because of this.
Sheil, Trealor and Bugg IMO. Sheil would have been top10 draft pick
Well Gold Coast nearly played all of their guys, so i think the same will happen with GWS. But the guys who i think will play the most is Jimmy Mac, shiel, cogniglio, giles, clifton, Patton (after his injury), Tyson, buntine, just to name a few
